Lloyd Hamm, CEO and Jonathan Dowst, President of River Run Services, LLC, the shared services organization of River Run Bancorp, MHC, are pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy Felter as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1, 2024. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Finance Division including capital management, financial reporting and income taxes, managing the investment portfolio and treasury function, and overseeing asset/liability management programs and strategies.

Mr. Felter has over forty years of banking experience most recently as Senior Executive Vice President and CFO at Newburyport Bank. He holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and is also a CPA. He is also active in the community currently serving on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Finance Committee of Anna Jaques Hospital, and as Past Director and Past President of Greater Lawrence Kiwanis. He resides with his family in Newburyport, MA.

River Run Bancorp, MHC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth McNeff as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. She manages the Human Resources Department to ensure optimum operating efficiency, assuming responsibility for employee recruitment/retention, compensation and benefit plan administration, employee relations, training and professional development, payroll and employee records maintenance. She is also responsible for performance management programs and employee engagement initiative, as well as human resource policies and procedures.

Ms. McNeff has over 15 years of banking experience most recently as Senior Vice President, HR Director at Newburyport Bank. She holds a BS from Fitchburg State University and has also completed coursework related to human resources at UNH, Tulane University, Bryant University, and Suffolk University. She resides with her family in Stratham, NH.

His responsibilities include managing credit risk policies and procedures, and overseeing River Run credit functions related to commercial banking services, consumer and residential lending. In addition, overseeing business banking operations and credit, and co-managing credit risk and product types for treasury services.

Mr. Thompson has almost forty years of banking experience most recently as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Newburyport Bank, where he continues to hold this role. He holds a BA from Rider University. He is also active in the community in several roles including as a member of the Exeter Hospital United in Wellness Advancement Committee. He resides with his family in Newfields, NH.

With a keen focus on revenue growth, Vickie will spearhead marketing campaigns, align strategies with organizational goals, and optimize campaign performance through data analytics. Her expertise will benefit not only River Run, but also its affiliate banks Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank.

Ms. Routhier brings over 21 years of banking expertise to her role, with a wealth of experience contributing to multiple community banks in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She has attended the ABA (American Bankers Association) School of Bank Marketing & Management, as well as the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking with a Wharton School Leadership Certificate. She is Secretary of the New England Financial Marketing Association (NEFMA) Board of Directors as well as Co-Chair of the NEFMA Programming Committee. She resides with her family in Strafford, NH.

Pentucket Bank has announced the promotion of Karl Denu to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In that role he manages staff and activities of Finance and assumes responsibility for directing Accounting and Financial Reporting. In addition, Mr. Denu is responsible for keeping the CEO and President informed of major operational developments, consulting with them regarding major decisions affecting the Bank, overseeing management of the Bank's investment portfolio, and making financial and other presentations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Mr. Denu has over 22 years of banking experience most recently as Senior Vice President and CFO at Pentucket Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He is active in the community serving on the Fiscal Advisory Committee of the Town of Derry, NH, where he resides with his family.

In his role he is responsible for the oversight of credit policy and risk management. This is an increasingly important function as bank regulators continue to demand transparency and other improved capabilities with regard to the thorough knowledge of customers and their associated credit risk. 


Mr. Jaskelevicus has over 35 years of banking experience most recently as SVP, Chief Credit Officer at Pentucket Bank. He holds a degree in Finance from Merrimack College. He is active in the community serving on the Board of the Greater Haverhill Foundation, as well as several other volunteer initiatives.  He resides with his family in Haverhill, MA.

In her new capacity, Ms. Wilson assumes responsibility for spearheading organizational efficiency, streamlining processes, and nurturing a culture of continuous enhancement. Her duties encompass crafting and executing holistic strategies for operational excellence, strategies that align with the company’s overarching objectives. This entails pinpointing avenues for process refinement, cost minimization, and operational efficacy enhancements across all facets of the business. Furthermore, she will be instrumental in instituting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge operational efficacy and monitor advancement toward strategic milestones. 

Ms. Wilson, drawing upon more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector, brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Her academic background includes a BA from Bethel University, Massachusetts School of Financial Studies, and New England College of Business and Finance. She most recently held the position of SVP & Chief Experience Officer at Pentucket Bank. She serves on the Board of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce and the Psychological Center. Additionally, she is a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Educational Committee and the Society for Human Resources Management. She resides with her family in Bedford, New Hampshire.

River Run Bancorp, MHC, is delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Glosner as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Glosner assumes overall ownership of technology within the organization. His responsibilities include keeping abreast of emerging technologies, spearheading their selection and integration, formulating and implementing policies, procedures, and standards, devising strategies aligned with company-wide objectives, with a particular emphasis on data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and process enhancement. Furthermore, Mr. Glosner leads the development and execution of the Information Security Program, as well as managing technology personnel and budgets.

With over three decades of experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Glosner brings a wealth of expertise to his new role, having previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pentucket Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, he boasts several professional certifications from institutions such as MIT and Carnegie Mellon University.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Glosner is actively engaged in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for HC Media. He resides in Auburn, NH, with his family.

River Run Bancorp, MHC, has announced the appointment of Keri Sullivan as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations & Customer Service. She is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of all back-office and retail operations for both Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank. The Operations Department consists of Consumer Loan Servicing, Residential and Commercial Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations including EFT and Payment Processing, Consumer Digital Banking Operations, Treasury Services Operations and the Service Center. The Service Center is the contact center for both banks and includes all forms of customer contact such as calls, emails, chats, texts and ATM live banker support, as well as consumer processing. 

Ms. Sullivan has over 25 years of banking experience most recently as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations at Newburyport Bank where she began her career as a Teller. She attended Northeastern University and UMass Lowell for Business Management, and graduated from the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College and Center for Creative Leadership in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Sullivan has been a longtime volunteer in youth sports and previously served as President of the Newburyport Youth Hockey League Board of Directors. She resides with her family in Newburyport, MA.
