Lloyd Hamm served as the President and CEO of Newburyport Bank for five years before co-founding River Run Bancorp in 2023. After decades of experience in community banking and business leadership, Hamm’s passion for local banking has only grown.
Jonathan Dowst, President
Jon Dowst co-founded River Run Bancorp after two years as President and CEO of Pentucket Bank. With nearly 40 years of experience in banking and financial leadership in his community, Dowst is excited to continue the legacy of local community banks while helping both banks and communities grow strong.
